Built by an engineer from mass production and the clinic
a3gent is led by a former CTO with 24 years in engineering, who went through mass production at the scale of 300 million units at Samsung Electronics and has put AI into clinical settings first-hand.
Technology shipped at scale
A self-designed modem accelerator shipped in more than 300 million smartphones, with more than 70 patent applications. At a global IT company, machine-learning test automation was transferred to its US headquarters.
AI inside the clinic
Voice AI integrated first-hand into a university dental hospital's clinical records system, a dental CT imaging system and dental charting software.

- 01Look at the place before the model
First decide who makes which decision, on which screen. Even an excellent model goes unused if it is put in the wrong place.
- 02Start the design from the constraints
Limited compute, imperfect data, busy sites. Rather than assume ideal conditions, we choose structures that keep working within the real ones.
- 03Support judgement, don't replace it
AI should not replace experts; it should take repetition and record-keeping off their hands so they can focus on the decision.
- 04Say plainly what has not been validated
What is validated and what is not are written side by side. Trust starts with stating exactly what a system cannot do.
