Medical AI

Medical AI development, from idea to the clinic

We fuse AI with medical technology to build AI solutions that are used in real clinical settings: biosignals, medical imaging, hospital monitoring and voice AI agents. No in-house AI team needed.

Less hiring burden, more competitive edge

Clinicians, IT — and now AI

Recruiting AI specialists on top of clinical and IT experts is hard. An outside partner who works across AI and medicine fills that seat.

Past the proof of concept

Existing systems, data, workflows and operating conditions go into the design before the model does, so the result is a system in use, not a pilot.

Start from proven solutions

We don’t start from scratch each time. Building on solutions that already work cuts time and risk.

Your product, in the end

The finished system is handed over for your own staff to run, and regulatory approval is obtained in your own name.

Fields we work in

Biosignal AIECG, PPG and respiration processing, anomaly detection, wearable-sensor design validation
Medical imaging AI3D CBCT and DICOM exploration, dental implant planning, surgical simulation
Hospital monitoringReal-time wearable-patch collection, alarms and hospital maps, EMR integration, operating-scale load tests
Voice AI agentsVoice commands during care, voice clinical notes, control of medical devices and charts
Integration and operationsFHIR and HL7 v2; runs on top of existing equipment and systems; data integrity and backup

From problem to handover, in four steps

  1. 1Define

Agree the problem, the data it needs and the validation criteria up front.

  2. 2Design and build

Build on proven solutions, designed around your systems and data.

  3. 3Integrate and validate

Connect to the systems on site and validate on your data.

  4. 4Hand over

Hand over code and documentation so your own staff can run it.

Frequently asked questions

Do we need AI staff in-house?

No. a3gent takes on problem definition, design, integration and validation, and hands over a system your own staff can run.

How do engagements work?

Either adopt a solution we have already built, or combine it with integration and extension work for your systems. Scope is set by the problem.

What about medical-device regulatory approval?

Clinical use requires medical-device regulatory approval after deployment. The solution becomes the customer’s own product, so the approval is obtained directly in the customer’s own name.

How is patient data handled?

Systems are designed to run inside your existing environment and, where needed, to process data only in the browser without sending it to a server. Security requirements are agreed before kickoff.
